Additional Charge Notice: Footwear arriving with substantial mud, sand, or dirt contamination will incur a cleaning surcharge. To prevent this supplementary fee, thoroughly clean your boots prior to submission.
For inquiries about available sole configurations, we strongly advise contacting us via email prior to shipping your boots for service.
You'll receive an email invoice for any extra repair costs.
We'll be holding onto your beloved boots until we receive your payment. Once your invoice is settled, we'll promptly send your refreshed footwear on its way back to you!
Initial payment covers shipping for one pair only. Additional pairs will incur extra shipping charges on your final invoice.

- Please do not ship us your carabiners, you will not get your carabiner back!
- DO NOT USE THE BROWN MAILERS SOLD AT THE PO. THEY FALL APART - YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SHOES!
