We will resling most cams and aid gear, so long as doing so does not compromise the sling’s strength. This includes but is not limited to: BD C4s, BD Z4s, BD X4s, Fixe Aliens, DMM Dragonflies, DMM Torque Nuts, WC Friends, WC Zero Friends, and others.

NO Totems or DMM dragon cams (Sorry! This service may come in the future.) We also will not resling any cam or other gear that would require a sling to be connected to bare metal cable. 1st generation U-stem camalots have this problem, as well as ballnuts, normal wired nuts, and other not normally reslung gear. If you have concerns about if your gear will be able to be reslung, please reach out to us at resling@rockandresole.com.

Nylon 15mm or 17mm webbing resling:

  • Open loop resling - $10 total
  • “BD-Camalot-Style” reinforced loop resling - $15 total
  • Color options (15mm): Bright Yellow, Purple, Blue. (More colors coming soon.)
  • Color options (17mm): Grey, Red, Teal. (More colors coming soon.)

Bluewater 13mm titan webbing resling:

  • Open loop resling - $12 total
  • Double loop resling - $15 total
  • Color options: Red, Green, Blue, Purple.

Metolius 11mm dyneema webbing resling:

  • Open loop resling - $12 total
  • Double loop resling - $15 total
  • Color options: Grey, Purple, Dark Blue, Yellow, Orange, Red, Black, Green, Light Blue.

1. How do I ship to you?
Send all of the items on the order in one box. 
We recommend you not use the Brown mailers sold at the PO. 

2. Can I ship shoes and cams together?
Yes, you may ship shoes and cams together. Fill out both a shoe form here and a form for the cams here you are sending in.

3. What happens to turn around time?
If you send shoes and cams together, the turnaround time will be based on whichever item has the longest turnaround time.
If you wish to get back the item that has the shorter turnaround time when it is done, you must make two separate orders and we will charge you shipping for each package when it is ready to ship.

4. How do you ship back to me?
We offer USPS priority or UPS. During checkout, you’ll have the option to choose your preferred carrier for returning your package.

5. Additional info:
Shipping will be charged via invoice before your cams are returned to you.

Please declare the replacement value of your items when shipping to us to protect your gear from loss or damage in transit. Keep a receipt until your gear is returned to you.
International Customers - please note: To avoid being charged duties and taxes - you must list the origin of goods as "USA" and that the items are "used" and sent in for "repair" on the Customs Declaration.

Write the order # below your return address on the package.

Once your gear arrives, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

1. Since we cannot control shipping times, your turn around time clock begins ticking when we receive your gear.

2. Turn around time will change, depending on the season and the amount of demand.  We will post our current turnaround on our website.
