Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, allowing you to return an item within 15 days of receiving it.
If you opt for coverage at checkout, the return shipping label is included, enabling you to return any item in your order for a refund or exchange at no additional cost. If you choose not to purchase return coverage, you can still return your items, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Please note that items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, inspect it thoroughly and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll promptly evaluate the issue and make the necessary corrections.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not returnable, including climbing safety equipment and custom products (such as special orders). Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

Refunds
We’ll promptly process a refund for any returned items.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we’ll automatically refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
